I haven’t been a very good blogger, have I?! I apologize! After I got sick last month it threw everything out of whack - my regular job (which is as a freelance writer), and this site as well, and I deeply apologize. But now that my son is back in school and my daughter is back in preschool, we’ll get back to the swing of things with daily posts! As an apology, here are TONS of photos that feature Brad, Maddox, Pax, and beautiful Princess Zee while they were in Venice.

ACK! I blink my eyes and a week goes by with no updates! I’m sorry Jolie-Pitt fans! But I have tons of news and am making up for my absence with lots of gorgeous photos! Brad brought Pax and Maddox with him to the Venice Film Festival! He looks great, as do the boys, and has said that the twins are fine today - yay!

Today at the press conference for Burn After Reading, one of the reporters asked when George was getting married and having children. He said, “I am so surprised to hear that question. This honestly is the first time I’ve ever been asked that question. I’m getting married and having children today.” Brad added, “And until then, I’ll be sharing mine with him.”

I seriously love these two! I hope they act together in the movie a lot, but somehow I doubt it!

Want some good news? The NOLA project is moving forward quite swiftly!

The first of the homes being built by the Make It Right campaign is almost finished! Workers are doing their best to get all of the homes completed, but soon one family will be able to move back into the home they owned that was destroyed just a short time ago.

In a story about the new homes, Gertrude LeBlanc, a 72 years young retired postal worker, talks about the action going on in the Lower 9th Ward, and how she looks forward to old family friends returning, thanks to the Make It Right campaign.

Early last year, LeBlanc was one of the first people to return to this colossally damaged section of the Lower 9, not far from the Industrial Canal levee breach. “When I came back, they put up a banner in the post office near here, saying, ‘Miss Gert’s back. Deliver her mail, ‘ ” she said.

LeBlanc has been keeping close track of who has returned to the neighborhood. Within the next month, she said, mail service also should resume at Make It Right’s six houses, thanks to “the answer to our prayers — Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, ” LeBlanc said.

On her block, two of her longtime neighbors are coming back, thanks to the foundation. As she drinks her coffee in the morning, LeBlanc soon will be able to wave to a woman three lots down, who she has known for decades as Ms. Guy.

LeBlanc and her family also are counting the days until the return of their next-door neighbor Melba Barnes.

“She loves to cook, ” LeBlanc said. “There is nothing Melba can’t cook.”

LeBlanc pointed toward Barnes’ home on stilts. Barnes’ house and the others have solar panels and environmentally “green” amenities, and they look different from what LeBlanc is used to, she said.

Still, she and her neighbors plan to be neighborly, just like the old days, she said.

“We told Melba, ‘Just put that food on a rope and drop it down, ‘ ” LeBlanc said.

According to the Make It Right website, 84 of 150 homes have currently been sponsored. If you can, please remember to make a donation of whatever amount you can afford. Maybe you’re planning on having a yard sale - you can donate the proceeds to the Make It Right foundation. Maybe you’ve got some old DVD’s or games to sell on Ebay. Why not send the money to people who truly need it?

If you’ve been scanning the gossip columns today, you’ve seen a whole lot of coverage about how Rosanne Barr has gone off on not only Jon Voight, but Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Her problem with the duo? That Angelina hasn’t announced to the world who she is going to be voting for in the elections this year.

jon voight your evil spawn angelina jolie and her vacuous hubby brad pitt make about forty million dollars a year in violent psychopathic movies and give away three of it to starving children trying to look as if they give a crap about humanity as they spit out more dunces that will consume more than their fair share and wreck the earth even more. (just sayin’).
Also miss jolie says she likes mccain too and hasn’t decided who to endorse….huh? Aren’t you supposed to be somewhat enlightened, or do you not know that the african daughter you hold in every picture had parents who suffered and died because of the republican party’s worldwide economic assault on africa over the last few decades since reagan? whaaaa…??????!!!! (for that matter, the thai and cambodian sons you are photo’d with weekly too who’s pictures you sell to raise money to help the poor? Their families are victims of America’s right wing military incursions too. Mccain wants to continue with the idea of war for profit…the americans are over that thinking now! They have drugged our troops and lower classes into supporting their oil business atrocities for long enough. We want to save not lose our souls thank you. Now go back to making your movies about women who love to handle big guns that shoot hundreds of people to death. Ps….it might be good for your asian and african children’s self esteem to know you support a brown man for the leader of the free world.)

Dear Ms. Barr,

First of all, can you do me a little favor? The next time you write a post, try using spell check first? Thanks so much.

I am absolutely a woman who believes that you have ever right to speak your mind. You have the right to say who you want to be president, and you have the right to tell people what your opinion is. You also have the right to keep your opinion to yourself.

Maybe Angelina and Brad don’t want the world to know who they are voting for. Maybe they want to focus on their numerous charitable works instead of getting into the political hoopla that causes even the most brilliant of people to develop sudden, horrible migraines. Maybe they want to spend some of their time enjoying their “dunces” and trying to be parents to them, unlike many Hollywood A-listers, and are working on teaching them values and about how to be good people. Maybe they know exactly who they want to vote for, and are just waiting for the elections to come around so that, like normal people, they can place their votes and make their votes count.

Ms. Barr, not everyone has to publicly endorse a presidential candidate. If the average Joe Schmoe has the right to keep his voting opinions to himself, why can’t Angelina and Brad? So what if Angelina likes McCain - I’m not a McCain fan myself, but the last time I checked, people in the United States had the right to vote for whomever THEY felt was most qualified to run the country, not whomever you felt was the most qualified.

Ms. Barr, you absolutely have the right to voice your opinion, just as I have the right to tell you that your opinion stinks.

Onto the news!

If you’re like me and have been watching the Olympics, you’ve probably seen the trailers for Benjamin Button, but what about Burn After Reading?! Has that been forgotten? Of course not!

Burn After Reading will be the opening movie at the Venice Film Festival on August 27th!! This is the premiere for the movie and is sure to be a star studded event! You can be sure that I’ll be here with all of the photos of the arrivals. Do you think Angelina will be able to accompany Brad to the premiere, or will the twins be keeping her busy?

I’m still looking up what’s going on in Brad and Angie’s world, but I did come across this. Celebslam News is saying that Alison Carroll is the “new face of Tomb Raider”. Huh? Since when did Lara Croft get a new face? Are they trying to make another Tomb Raider movie without Angelina! BLASPHEMOUS! Here’s the thing, though, I’ve done a bit of looking around and I can’t find that they’re making a new Tomb Raider anywhere! So why is this Alison Carroll considered to be the new Lara Croft? Anyone??

I need to apologize for being gone for so long. I wound up getting really sick last week and ended up having to spend the night at the hospital hooked up to an IV and antibiotics. I was also forbidden (by my doc) from touching the computer all weekend and was told to lie down, rest, and keep drinking. So I’ve been abiding by his wishes! I have gotten your emails wondering where I am, and I’m still here! I promise! I’m just trying to recover and get back to my normal life, which is rough. Stick with me!

Back a half a year or so ago, before Angelina started showing off her baby bump and everyone was waiting for the twins to join the family, she filmed a little movie directed by Clint Eastwood called the Changeling. We now have a little scene from that movie! Take a look!

I liked the clip so much that I figured I’d do a bit of digging. I hadn’t really discovered, after all, exactly what The Changeling was supposed to be about. The Changeling is loosely based on the story of the Wineville Chicken Murders, in which the real Christine Collins was placed into psychiatric care after the police department tried to trick her into believing a runaway was her son.

I love the name of the movie, because a changeling, in folklore, is often known as the “offspring of a fairy, troll, elf or other legendary creature that has been secretly left in the place of a human child”. Interesting, no?

Also, it came to me that a lot of people have been remarking how much Vivi looks like Shiloh when she was little. What came to me the most when I looked at these pics was how much Angelina looks like Marcheline.

With all of the excitement surrounding the new photos, some people have forgotten that today is Maddox’s 7th birthday! I’m sure that Angelina and Brad will do everything they can to make it a very, very special 7th birthday for this fantastic big brother! Thanks for always giving us something to smile about Mad, and Happy Birthday from your friends at Brad Pitt Watch!

They two little bundles of joy are going to have their hands full with already being number 5th and 6th. But when it comes to mom and dad, it really doesn’t matter, love is drawn through out the family in all different angles. Being just three weeks old, the twins Knox Léon and Vivienne Marcheline are about make history.

Angelina says:

“It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time,” Jolie tells PEOPLE of daily life at the Château Miraval in Provence, France, where the Jolie-Pitt can run and jump with lots of room to spare.

Brad adds: “[It's] still a cuckoo’s nest.”

Fortunately, they already have some household helpers. “[Shiloh] and Z pick out [the twins'] clothes and help change and hold them,” says Jolie. “It’s sweet – they are little mommies.”

According to some sources, apparently People not only won the bidding war for the first pictures of Knox and Vivienne, but will be displaying them on their website this Sunday at 7 PM EST!

I know where I’m going to be Sunday night - parked right here in front of the monitor!!

Congratulations to People for winning the bidding war, as you’ve always treated the Jolie-Pitts fairly, and we can’t wait to see those photos!

Sorry I’ve been away for a few days - add my husband being on vacation, with a ton of work, and you’ll get a neglectful writer. I apologize!!

Let’s catch up here - first of all, rumor has it that People magazine won the bidding war for pictures of Vivienne and Knox. I’m not really very surprised about this, as People has always been nice to the family, and I’m simply waiting until we can see the photos!

Next - since the last round of annoying paparazzi people, there have been no more pictures of the family at play at their home. Thank goodness!

Finally - Angelina Jolie as Catwoman? Absolutely! There are tons of rumors going around that Angelina has been asking about playing Catwoman. Julie Newmar, the amazing actress who first played the role, said, “Angelina would own the part. My industry friends tell me she has already made inquiries about the role.”

If she looked like this, she’d be amazing as Catwoman!

Personally, I’d LOVE to see her in her own Catwoman movie. The movie with Halle Barry? Eh - it was okay, I guess, but it definitely took a few turns that I didn’t care for. I’d love to see a mixture of that Catwoman plus the Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman, and I know that Angelina could pull it off!

Apparently Knox and Vivienne won’t only have famous parents and beautiful siblings - they’ll also have a very famous godfather!

Sources are saying that Brad and Angelina have asked Bono to be the godfather to their two newest additions.

“They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back. Since then, they’ve become very close, which Brad is thrilled about. Angelina is inspired by Bono’s humanitarian work and gets on with his wife Ali Hewson. Ali’s given Angelina some clothes from her ethical clothing range Edun.”

According to the story, Brad and Angelina also spent some time since the twins birth at Bono’s hideaway in France.

Things are definitely getting out of hand when it comes to Brad and Angelina vs the Paparazzi. In this round, some paparazzo decided to dress in camouflage (remember, the property is surrounded by woods) to sneak onto the grounds.

Apparently Brad and Angelina’s security, however, was one step ahead and caught the would-be sneaks before they managed to do any damage. Here, however, is where things got nasty.

Apparently the paparazzi decided to start fighting, and not only began a slug fest, but also fought dirty!

“We caught the two and tried to escort them off the property and the guy’s just gone beserk, thrashing out, kicking and actually biting one of the security people, breaking his finger, drawing blood and screaming that he had Hepatitis C.” said a member of the security team.

The story also goes on to say that the security guards involved in the fight were given a doctor’s note and 4 days off (and I’m sure that they also received the personal thanks from Brad and Angelina and their family as well).

What makes me mad is not only that these paparazzi tried to sneak onto the property, but that the stories around the internet are swearing that the reason Brad and Angelina are upset is because they don’t want anyone taking photos of Vivienne and Knox before the “11 million dollar photo deal comes out”.

Ummm - hello - I don’t think so! The reason that they’re upset is because people keep trying to take private photos of them! I mean, Brad and Angelina are very gracious about photos being taken when they’re out in public, and they only request that the paparazzi back off a bit when they’re out with the kiddos, which, I think, is a more than reasonable request. Wouldn’t you get upset if paparazzi were trying to sneak onto your property to take pictures of your family? I know I would!
